Exporting from Robinhood
1
Log in to Robinhood on desktop
Go to robinhood.com and log in. The CSV export is only available on the website, not the mobile app.
2
Open Reports & statements
Click your account icon in the top right, then go to Account → Reports and statements. Under Account activity reports, select Reports.
3
Generate an account activity report
Click Generate new report, pick your account and the date range, then click Generate report.
When it's ready, download the CSV from the Reports list.
⏳ Reports usually take a few minutes to generate but can take up to 24 hours during busy periods — Robinhood notifies you when it's ready.
4
Upload to the dashboard
Drag and drop your downloaded CSV onto the upload zone or click ⬆ Upload CSV. The dashboard will automatically detect it as a Robinhood file.
⚠ Note: Robinhood exports don't include execution time — all trades will show 9:30am as a placeholder. P&L, win rate and all other stats are accurate.

Robinhood is commission-free so commission will show as $0. Execution time is not available in their export.
Exporting from Charles Schwab
1
Log in to Schwab on desktop
Go to schwab.com and log in to your brokerage account. The export is available via the website.
2
Go to Accounts → History
From the top navigation, click Accounts then select History. Make sure you're viewing the correct account if you have multiple.
3
Set your date range and filter
Use the date range picker to select the period you want to export.
Under Transaction Type, select Trade to include only your trade executions and filter out dividends and transfers.
📅 Tip: Export in smaller chunks (e.g. 30 days at a time) to keep file sizes manageable.
4
Export as CSV
Click the Export button (usually top right of the transaction table) and select CSV as the format. The file will download automatically.
5
Upload to the dashboard
Drag and drop your CSV or click ⬆ Upload CSV. The dashboard automatically detects Schwab's format.
🕑 Note: Schwab's export does not include execution times — only dates. All P&L, fees and win-rate stats are exact and unaffected, but Time of Day Performance can't be calculated, so it shows a note instead of a chart. Use By Day for weekday patterns. If you need intraday timing, thinkorswim's account statement does include times (not supported here yet).
📄 Schwab limits how many rows a single export can hold. If trades are missing from a long date range, export it in shorter chunks and upload each file — duplicates are skipped automatically.

Trade in thinkorswim? Your account is a Schwab account — use the same schwab.com → Accounts → History export above. The thinkorswim desktop app's own "Account Statement" export is a different format and isn't supported.
Exporting from moomoo
1
Open the moomoo desktop app
The CSV export lives in the desktop app — the mobile app can't export order history. Log in on your computer.
2
Open your order History
Click your account in the left panel. You'll see tabs for Positions · Orders · History. Click History.
3
Export to CSV
Set the date range you want, then click the export icon on the right side of the History tab and save as CSV.
📅 Depending on your app version, the export may download directly or be emailed to the address on your moomoo account.
4
Upload to the dashboard
Drag and drop the CSV onto the upload zone or click ⬆ Upload CSV — it's detected as a moomoo file automatically.
⚠ moomoo's export lists orders, not individual fills — we import filled orders only (cancelled and pending orders are skipped) and sum moomoo's split fee columns into your true cost per trade.

Column names vary slightly between moomoo app versions and regions — the importer matches them automatically. If your file won't import, email it to support and we'll add your variant.
Exporting from Webull
1
Open your order history
In the Webull desktop app or on webull.com, go to your account and open Orders (sometimes shown as Order History).
2
Set your date range
Pick the period you want. Export the widest range you can — the importer skips duplicates, so there's no harm in overlapping with a file you've already uploaded.
3
Export to CSV
Click Export (or the download icon) and save as CSV, then drag it onto the upload zone.
Two things to know
💵 Webull's orders export usually doesn't include fees. When that's the case we say so on import — your P&L here will be slightly better than your account statement, by roughly the contract and regulatory fees.
🆕 Webull support is new. If anything looks off, hit Send feedback or email your CSV to support@scalpersjournal.com and it'll be fixed fast.

Only filled and partially filled orders are imported — cancelled and pending orders are skipped. Quantities always come from the Filled column, never from what was ordered.
