One inbox, read by the person who built the app.

The Scalpers Journal is built and run by one trader. Every message goes to the same inbox and gets a reply from a human, usually the same trading day (Eastern time).

Email. support@scalpersjournal.com — for anything: support, billing, broker files, account questions, feedback, press.

Discord. discord.gg/SbuSqTA5sf — quickest for questions, feature requests and talking trades with other scalpers.

What to include

Support or a bug: the email on your account, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if you have one.
Broker files: which broker, and the date of the trades that look wrong or missing. Never send your broker login — we can't use it and don't want it. You upload your broker's CSV yourself; we never connect to your broker account.
Billing and refunds: the email on your account. Refund terms are in the refund policy.
Data requests: to export or delete your data, or anything under the privacy policy.
